How do I send my photo for a custom order? When you select what you want to order, you simply upload your images. When you check out, the images get sent to us.

How long does it take to make and ship a lamp? Orders are typically made and shipped within 7-10 business days. During busy seasons (like Christmas), we may need 1-2 extra days.

What kind of photos work best?  High-contrast images with good lighting that can be cropped into a square produce the best lithophane effect. Portraits, pets, and close-ups work great. We'll reach out if we think your photo might need editing.

How long does it take to make and ship a cross? Crosses typically ship out within 3-5 business days.

Can you customize crosses? Yes, I can customize crosses. If you'd like a certain type of wood, a certain size cross, or a name/bible verse on the cross just contact me via email and I can give you a quote on timeline and price.
